What we collect
Your name, phone number, email address and the details of the jobs you request or carry out. Professionals also submit identity and work evidence documents for verification.
Who can see your contact details
Your phone number and exact address are stored separately from the public job description. A professional only receives them after you confirm a booking and the booking commitment has been verified.
Documents and payment evidence
Verification documents, payment evidence and dispute evidence are stored in private areas that only you and SaloneTasks administrators can open. They are never published on your profile.
Demonstration records
Profiles and statistics marked as demonstration data are fictional. They contain no real person's contact details.
Your choices
You can update your profile at any time from your dashboard, and you can ask us to close your account and remove your personal details.
