Report a problem with a job
Open the booking in your dashboard and choose “Report a problem”. This opens a dispute that an administrator reviews, with the full quotation, booking and message history attached.
Confirmed bookings include 14 days of workmanship support. If the same fault returns in that period, report it and we will work with the professional to put it right.
