What SaloneTasks does
SaloneTasks introduces customers to independent service professionals and keeps the quotation, booking and support record in one place. The professional carries out the work; SaloneTasks is not the contractor.
Quotations and prices
Prices shown on services are indicative unless a professional states a fixed price. Many repairs can only be priced accurately after an inspection.
Booking commitment
A small booking commitment reserves the professional and opens support for the job. It is recorded manually and verified by an administrator before the booking is confirmed.
Payments
Mobile-money payments are recorded manually in this release. SaloneTasks does not hold your money in escrow and is not connected to any mobile-money provider's system.
Reviews
Only a customer with a completed booking may review the professional for that booking, and only once.
Conduct
Requests must be genuine, contact details must be accurate, and abusive behaviour or fraudulent payment references can lead to suspension.
SaloneTasks does not offer escrow. Money is never held on your behalf; payments are recorded and verified only.
